Casient

SEO monitoring for agencies

Know when a client's SEO needs your attention — before you log in

Casient watches the Google Search Console properties you manage and emails you only when there is something to act on: a result worth turning into a case study, newer data behind one you already published, new properties available to add, and a monthly portfolio summary.

Read-only Search Console access · One digest, not a firehose · Turn any notification off per workspace

What Casient emails you about

Four notifications, each tied to something you would otherwise have to catch by opening Search Console yourself.

New case study opportunities

When a scheduled scan finds a featured win or a historical growth period worth reviewing, you get one email — grouped by client, at most once every 24 hours. It links to the filtered list of opportunities, not to a publish button.

Newer data for a published case study

Published a case study, then the same property kept climbing? Casient tells you there is newer verified data worth reviewing. Your published case study, its metrics and its date do not change on their own.

New Search Console properties

When Google Search Console shows properties you have not added to Casient yet, you get a grouped heads-up — at most once every 7 days — so a new client site or subdomain does not sit unmonitored for weeks.

Monthly portfolio summary

Once a month: properties scanned, opportunities waiting, new properties available, case studies published, and whether any published work now has newer data. Sent on a stable day, in your workspace timezone — and honest when there is nothing new.

Built to inform, not to interrupt

Deduplicated. Every email is recorded. The same opportunity is never sent twice unless it materially changes, and a job that retries never produces a duplicate.

Capped. Case study alerts are limited to one per day per workspace, property alerts to one per week, and the summary to once a month.

Separate from account email. Product notifications are opt-out per type in Settings. Account-critical emails — billing, security, and a Search Console connection that needs reconnecting — are a different track, always sent, with no unsubscribe link.

Grounded in Search Console. Every figure is first-party Google Search Console data. Casient reports the change in clicks and impressions across equal periods; it never asserts your agency caused it.

Out of the critical path. Notifications are queued. A slow mail provider can never delay or block a scan.

How monitoring fits an agency workflow

  1. 01

    Connect Search Console

Give Casient read-only access to the Google Search Console account you already use for clients.

  2. 02

    Casient scans on a schedule

Your whole portfolio is scanned regularly, comparing equal periods to find meaningful change.

  3. 03

You get an email when it matters

No email means nothing crossed the bar. When one arrives, it names the property, the change and the period.

  4. 04

    Review, then decide

Open the opportunity and, if it is worth it, turn it into a client-ready case study.

Questions agencies ask

Does Casient change my published case studies automatically?
No. A published case study keeps the metrics and period it was published with. Casient can tell you newer verified data exists, but creating a new version or a new case study is always a step you take deliberately.
How many emails will I actually get?
In a quiet month, one — the portfolio summary. Opportunity alerts only fire when a scan finds something new, and never more than once a day. Property alerts are weekly at most.
Which plans include portfolio monitoring?
New case study opportunity alerts and the monthly summary are on the Agency plan and the 14-day trial. New-property and newer-data alerts are available on every plan.
Where does the performance data come from?
Google Search Console, via a read-only connection. Access tokens and full private metrics are never written to logs or emails.
Can I turn notifications off?
Yes — each type has its own switch in Settings, saved per workspace, and product emails respect it immediately.
