Frequently asked questions

What counts against my plan limit?

Two things only: how many Klaviyo accounts you have connected, and (on Preview) how many proofs you currently have published. Everything else — detection, client hidden/client named mode, shareable URLs — is the same on every plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current paid period.

What happens if a payment fails?

You keep your plan's access for a short grace period while we retry. If it isn't resolved, the workspace falls back to Preview limits.
